Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IndieSignal. By creating an account, submitting a product, purchasing a launch option, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and submissions

You must provide accurate information, keep your account access secure, and use an email address you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant IndieSignal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, edit for formatting and clarity, and promote submitted content in connection with operating and marketing the directory. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit that content.

Editorial review

IndieSignal independently reviews submissions. We may approve, decline, edit, suspend, or remove a listing when it is incomplete, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, infringing, no longer relevant, or inconsistent with our guidelines. A published listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or verification of the product or its maker.

Free and paid launch options

A Free Listing enters the regular editorial review queue. Priority Launch is a one-time paid service, currently advertised at $29 USD before any applicable taxes or payment-provider fees shown at checkout. It provides priority review and a clearly labelled launch placement if approved; it never purchases approval, rankings, traffic, investment, media coverage, or an undisclosed endorsement.

The price, included deliverables, payment provider, and any applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout. Payments are handled by the provider or merchant of record identified at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. You may not misuse the service, infringe another party’s rights, submit deceptive content, interfere with our systems, or attempt to bypass security, review, or payment controls. IndieSignal and its original content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability and liability

IndieSignal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep the service reliable, but it may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndieSignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
